(“Covered Participant”), and shall govern the use of all Protected Materials produced by FLPM to Covered Participant in connection with the FLPM’s Pre-Filing Review Process occurring pursuant to Schedule 17 of the ISO New England, Inc. (“ISO-NE”) Transmission, Markets and Services Tariff, which provides for the recovery of eligible Interconnection Reliability Operating Limits (“IROL”) critical infrastructure protection (“CIP”) costs (“IROL-CIP Costs”). Schedule 17 of the ISO New England, Inc. is a tariff on file with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (the “Commission”) under the Federal Power Act (“FPA”) and the information provided hereunder is provided under the auspices of that tariff and the Commission’s regulation thereof. FLPM and Covered Participant are sometimes referred to herein individually as a “Party” or jointly as the “Parties.”
