Box CB 13012, Nassau, New Providence, The Bahamas, authorised by the Securities Commission of The Bahamas as a Registered Firm authorised to carry on Securities Business under licence No. SIA-F245 ("Capital.com", "We" or "Us"), and a natural or legal person who has submitted an application to become an Affiliate (as defined below) under the terms and conditions of this Affiliate Agreement (the “Affiliate”, “You”).
