Contract for Sale and Purchase dated , 20 (“Contract”) between (“Seller”) and , (“Buyer”) for the Property and improvements located at the following address: (“Property”), Buyer and Seller may each be referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.” The terms and conditions contained in this Addendum shall, in all instances, supersede and govern over the terms and provisions contained in the Contract. The Contract, together with this Addendum, shall constitute and be referred to as the “Agreement.”
