This Memorandum of Understanding (the “MOU”) is being entered into this day of July, 2019, among SLF III – Hardeeville, LLC (the “Company”), Jasper County, South Carolina (the “County”), and the City of Hardeeville, South Carolina (the “City,” and together with the County, collectively referred to herein as the “Governments,” and together with the County and SLF III – Hardeeville, collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”).
