The terms and conditions of this Banking Services Agreement (the “Terms and Conditions”) shall govern each business account opened or held with The National Bank of Ras Al Khaimah (Public Joint Stock Company) - Islamic Banking Division, (hereinafter referred to as the “Bank”) and also include the terms governing related services and products provided by the Bank to the Customer (as defined below). The Customer’s signature(s) on the Business Account Application constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions herein as amended from time to time and the Customer is bound by these Terms and Conditions in respect of all banking relationships with the Bank. These Terms and Conditions and the completed Business Account Application along with and Terms and Conditions governing Digital Banking govern the entire general banking relationship between the Customer and the Bank save and except that if any particular banking relationship between the Customer and the Bank is governed by a separat
