WHEREAS Tender 265S/2019/20 was awarded to Business Connexion (Pty) Ltd (“Supplier” or “Business Connexion (Pty) Ltd”) on 15 February 2021 in line with resolution SCMB 53/02/21, for the Supply, Support, Maintenance and Services of ICT Security related infrastructure, software, services and licensing for the City of Cape Town for a period commencing from the commencement date enduring until 30 June 2025 (“the Tender”).
