The Waterfront District Homeowners Association (WFD HOA) owns and operates the Clubhouse in Garden City, Idaho that is the basis of this rental agreement. The requesting homeowner certifies that he/she is in good standing as a member of the WFD HOA. If at any time prior to the rental date the homeowner ceases to be in good standing, this agreement will be null and void.
