This Agreement, ("Agreement"), is made and entered into this 20th day of April, 2011, by and between, Craig Ambrose & Sari Harrison ("Owner"), Owner of the real property described below, and the City of Saratoga, California, a municipal corporation, ("City"). City and Owner may be referred to herein individually as a "Party" or collectively as the "Parties" or the "Parties to this Agreement."
