Your “Contract” and/or “Agreement” with Axesa Servicios de Información, S. in C. ("Axesa"), includes the terms and conditions stated below and forming a part hereof. These Terms and Conditions, all schedules (if any), all attached documents related, associated and or attached to the Advertisement(s) and/or Service(s) as described in the Order, your “Purchase Order” and any other form of agreement authorized by Axesa, whose terms and conditions are intended to be included in this agreement, constitute the Contract ("Agreement") between the parties. The Contract may be referred to as "Advertisement Contract", “Purchase Order" and/or any other name that Axesa may use to make reference to the Terms and Conditions that applies to your Advertisement or Service. This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect until the entire Advertisement purchase amount (plus fees and charges when applicable) is received by Axesa.
