This transport contract is governed by the provisions of the CMR Convention (Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road of 19 May 1956, Belgian Official Journal, 8 November 1962), the Act of 3 May 1999 concerning the carriage of goods by road (Belgian Official Journal, 30 June 1999), as well as by the general terms and conditions set out hereunder.
