Pursuant to this Mini Pitch Program Grant Agreement (“Agreement”), dated as of the 28th of December 2023 (“Effective Date”), the United States Soccer Foundation, Inc. (“Foundation”) agrees to award the Grant (as defined below) to the City of West Miami, (“Grantee”) FY24-737, and Grantee accepts such Grant, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein. Foundation and Grantee are referred to herein from time to time individually as a “party” and collectively as the “parties”.
