THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) made and entered into by and between Santa Rosa County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida (hereinafter referred to as “Santa Rosa County”) with administrative offices located at 6495 Caroline Street, Milton, Florida 32570, and Escambia County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida (hereafter referred to as “Escambia County”) with administrative offices located at 221 Palafox Place, Pensacola, Florida 32502 (each at times also being referred to as “Party” or collectively as “Parties”).
