On January 25, 2018, PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. (PJM) filed an executed Wholesale Market Participation Agreement (WMPA)1 entered into among PJM, Centerville Pike Solar Project, LLC (Centerville Pike Solar) and Virginia Electric and Power Company (VEPCO). PJM states that it is submitting this WMPA for filing because Centerville Pike Solar intends to engage in wholesale sales in the PJM markets from a generating facility connected to VEPCO’s distribution facilities.
