The Developer owns the Land and intends to develop it in accordance with the Project Consent. B. The Developer has offered to enter this Agreement with Council to provide the Public Benefits on the terms of this Agreement. The parties agree, in consideration of, among other things, the mutual promises contained in this agreement as follows:
