This Reciprocal Access and Utility Easement Agreement (“Agreement”) is made as of __________________, 2023 (“Effective Date”), by and between 2163 Montgomery Street, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“First Party”) and 1985 Properties, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“Second Party”), as grantee (First Party and Second Party, each, a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”).
