This rent agreement is made on 4th January 2019 (20th Pouse 2075) between Mrs.Mina Bharati, wife of Mr. Yadav raj Bharati, a resident of Budhanilkantha Municipality ward no. 05, Kathmandu, Nepal here in calls as 1st party (Lessor) and Mr. Man Bahadur Chaudhary, son of Mr. Bachhu Tharu, a resident of Patabhar ward no. 03, Bardiya, Nepal here in calls as 2nd party as lessee. Whereas, the first party is desirous to rent to house (Ground floor) to the 2nd party located as Bishnumati, Budhanilkantha Municipality ward no. 05, Kathmandu, plot no. 925 (area: 0-4-0-0) with 2.5 story house. The agreement is made under the following terms and conditions.
