I, ("Owner"), the owner of that certain property located at , Highland Park, Illinois ("Property"), do hereby authorize the City of Highland Park, and its officials, authorized agents, employees, and contractors (collectively, the "City"), to enter the Property for the purpose of installing a tamper-resistant safety lockout device on the irrigation system on the Property ("Work"), pursuant to, and in accordance with, Section 171.360 of "The Highland Park Code of 1968", as amended ("City Code"). This right of entry includes, without limitation, the reasonable rights of ingress and egress over, along, upon and across the Property as necessary to perform and complete the Work.
