As edged in red on drawing number (to be agreed and specified in the lease) being the areas occupied by the turbines and their respective foundations, crane hard standings and substation (if required). The Lessee will have the right to install and use associated equipment and ancillary infrastructure to the wind turbines including but not limited to track ways (both new and existing), conducting media, bridges and lay down areas on the Lessor’s retained property. The retained property will by definition be the remaining land contained within the Option Agreement.
