This document (the “Agreement”) sets out the framework for the provision of services PagoNxt Emoney EDE, S.L., a company incorporated in Spain, with registered office at Ciudad Financiera Santander, Avenida de Cantabria s/n, 28660 Boadilla del Monte, Madrid, Spain and authorised by Bank of Spain as an electronic money institution under number 6722. (“we”, “us” or “PagoNxt”) to you and/or any of your Affiliates as approved by us under this Agreement (“you”, “your” or “Client”).
