This AGREEMENT FOR PAYMENT IN LIEU OF TAXES is made as of this day of 2015, by and among CENTRAL DAUPHIN SCHOOL DISTRICT, a school district existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, LOWER PAXTON TOWNSHIP, a township of the second class existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, COUNTY OF DAUPHIN, a third class county and a body corporate and politic of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, (collectively, the Central Dauphin School District, Lower Paxton Township and the County of Dauphin are referred to herein as the “Taxing Authorities”) and PINNACLE HEALTH HOSPITALS, a Pennsylvania non-profit corporation and successor by merger to Community General Osteopathic Hospital, Inc. (“Landowner").
