This Waste Disposal Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the date herein last specified by and between the City of Baytown, Texas, a municipal corporation and home- rule city which is principally located in Harris County, Texas (the “City”), and Cedar Bayou Park Utility District, a conservation and reclamation district in Harris County created under Section 59, Article XVI, Texas Constitution, Chapter 53, Texas Water Code, and Chapter 9026 of the Texas Special District Local Laws Code (the “District”).
