This Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) is entered into as of the date of the last signature below (the “Effective Date”) by and between YouNow, Inc., a Delaware company (collectively with its affiliates, “YouNow”), and PeerStream, Inc., a Delaware company (“PeerStream”).
