This Intergovernmental Agreement (“AWBA ICS Firming IGA” or “this IGA”)) is made this day of XXX, 2019, and is between the Arizona Water Banking Authority, an agency of the State of Arizona (“AWBA”) and the Gila River Indian Community (“the Community”), a federally recognized Indian tribe organized pursuant to the Indian Reorganization Act of 1934. The Community and AWBA are sometimes each referred to in this IGA as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
