Pursuant to the provisions of the Meyers-Milias-Brown Act (MMBA), the City of San Diego (City) and the International Association of Fire Fighters Local 145 (Local 145) enter into this Side Letter Agreement (Agreement), related to the amendments to the City of San Diego’s Supplemental Pension Savings Plan (SPSP) and Supplemental Pension Savings Plan H (SPSP- H). The City and Local 145 are collectively referred to in this Agreement as the “Parties.”

The City and MEA are collectively referred to in this Agreement as the “Parties.”
