This is an Agreement made and operative as of the 1st day of July, 2020, between the COUNTY OF PLACER through its Health and Human Services Department, a political subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as “COUNTY”, and California Forensic Medical Group, Inc. (CFMG), a California corporation, hereinafter referred to as “CONTRACTOR.”
