This AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 1st day of July 2023, by and between the County of Santa Clara, Communications Department (“COUNTY”), a political subdivision of the State of California and the Silicon Valley Regional Interoperability Authority (“SVRIA”), a California Joint Powers Authority. Collectively COUNTY and SVRIA shall be referred to as PARTIES.
