Defined Term Definition Bank Holiday is a national public holiday in the United Kingdom. Building Information Model (BIM) is the Building Information Model (BIM) for the Project, to be developed and to be maintained by the Main Works Contractor and assured by the Consultant in accordance with the contract. Business Information Gateway (the Gateway) is as defined in Annex 06 Section 1.4. CIP Performance Review is the Client’s meeting to review progress and performance of the projects managed by its CIP directorate. Client Scheme Requirements are the Department for Transport’s requirements for the Project (see link in Annex 02). Commercial Director is the Client’s appointed commercial director for the Project.
