This Data Processing Addendum (the “Addendum”) forms part of the Terms of Service entered into by and between Wildbit, LLC. having its place of business at 2400 Market Street, Suite 235B, Philadelphia, PA 19103 (“Provider”) and Crowdskills Ltd (“Client”) dated 11 Feb, 2020 pursuant to which Provider provides services, including the use of the Provider’s Postmark Application and Beanstalk Application any other services purchased by Client from Provider (“Services”) to Client (the “Agreement”).
