Reference is made herein to that certain Consent to Assignment and Third Amendment to Lease (“Consent and Amendment”) dated as of August 18, 2014, by and among FSP-SUNNYVALE OFFICE PARK, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Landlord”), JUNIPER NETWORKS, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Assignor”), and GOOGLE INC., a Delaware corporation (“Assignee”), pursuant to which Assignor transfers by way of an assignment the Lease (defined therein) to Assignee, and with Landlord’s agreement certain amendments and modifications are made to the Lease (defined therein) under which Landlord will continue to lease to Assignee the entire office building, consisting of 144,315 rentable square feet of space (the “Leased Premises”), located at 1194 Mathilda Avenue, Sunnyvale, California 94089 (the “Building”).
