LEASE DATE:Pet Addendum • November 23rd, 2020
Pets: It is understood and agreed that the Lessee has and will pay pet rent of $40 per month for each pet before any pet may be taken into the premise and all Lessees must execute a pet agreement. This pet rent will be charged until termination of the lease for the privilege of having a specified pet in the premises and is not a damage deposit. Any damage caused by the pet will be in addition to this pet rent and may be deducted from the security deposit and collected as any other obligation arising out of this Lease Agreement. Having a pet is a privilege and Lessor/Agent reserves the right to revoke this privilege if the following rules and regulations are not met and shall constitute a material breach of contract:
