(full name of contractor) “Contractor” hereby agrees to comply with the following conditions for performing public improvement work for Developer, and further agrees to construct and install the following public improvements in and/or adjacent to the following described subdivision or final development site plan in accordance with the City of Olathe (“City”) Technical Specifications and Design Criteria Manual for Public Improvement Projects and applicable policies and/or procedures (“Specifications”), conditions and stipulations set out in the approval of the site development plan, the City’s Unified Development Ordinance (“UDO”) and this Agreement.
