This agreement ("Agreement") is between JAS Networks, Inc. (“JAS”) and an end user ("End User") of the JAS Networks’ VOIP service. Any JAS Networks’ services ("Services") or products provided by JAS to End User shall be governed by the terms and conditions herein. By activating the Services, End User acknowledges receiving, reading and understanding this Agreement and accepts the terms and conditions herein. End User acknowledges that they are of legal age to enter into this Agreement.
