Foley Public Schools will provide instruction to staff and students on safe and appropriate use of the internet. Foley Schools has taken precautions to eliminate inappropriate materials and watches for misuse of internet resources. It is impossible for the school district to prevent all inappropriate action and misuse and I as the student or parent recognize this and will not hold the school district or its employees responsible for student acquired material via the internet. Further, I accept full responsibility for supervision if and when I the student or my child uses the internet accessing the school district’s system from home or a remote location.
