This Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of October 26, 2015 by and between the HAPEVILLE ASSOCIATION OF TOURISM AND TRADE, a non-profit corporation created under the laws of the State of Georgia (“HATT”), and the THE HAPEVILLE ARTS FUND, INC. a corporation created under the laws of the State of Georgia (“FUND”) with a duly authorized fiscal agreement with the PHOENIX THEATRE ACADEMY, INC., d/b/a ACADEMY THEATRE, a 501(c)(6) non-profit corporation created under the laws of the State of Georgia (the “Academy Theatre”). HATT and/or the FUND are sometimes referred to in this Agreement individually as a “Party” or jointly as “Parties.”
