The Temporary Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) effective February 8, 2008 between Paul Morsen (“Employee”) and the Central Contra Costa Solid Waste Authority (“CCCSWA”) requires amendment to reflect a reduction in the benefits provided management employees for positions such as that of the Executive Director of CCCSWA. Employee’s compensation under paragraphs D and F of the Agreement provides for cash payments in lieu of benefits provided to management employees by the City of Walnut Creek. The City of Walnut Creek has reduced certain of those benefits. Paragraph D of the Agreement shall be amended to reflect that reduction as follows:
