THIS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of 2024 (the “Effective Date”) by and between the Town of Johnstown, Colorado, a Colorado home-rule municipal corporation (the “Town”) and Alfred Benesch & Company, a Colorado corporation service company (“Consultant”) (collectively, the “Parties”).
