This Settlement Agreement1, dated as of this 9th day of April, 2024, is made and entered into by and among the following Parties: (i) Plaintiffs, Elizabeth Aniol, Jacob Borge, Shawn Coy, Keerthi Narasimhan, Bazanhe Fikuru, and Latrice Hudson, individually, and on behalf of the Settlement Class, and (ii) Defendant Roosevelt University. The Settlement is subject to Court approval and is intended by the Parties to fully, finally, and forever resolve, discharge, and settle the Released Claims, upon and subject to the terms and conditions hereof.
