This Data Processing Addendum (“Addendum”) forms part of the Elastic Cloud Order Form and the Elastic Cloud Subscription Agreement or Written Agreement, as applicable, under which the Order Form is issued (collectively the “Agreement”). For the purposes of this Addendum, “Elastic” means the entity identified as “Elastic” on the Order Form and “Company” means the entity identified as the “Company” on the Order Form.
