(“LifeSize”) for the product identified above which includes computer software and, as applicable associated data, media, printed documentation provided in “online” or electronic form (collectively, the “Software”). LifeSize and/or its affiliates, licensors, and assignees own all proprietary right and title including copyrights in and to the Software and all copies thereof (including without limitation all images, video and audio text incorporated into the Software) and accompanying media and printed materials, which are protected by the U.S. Copyright and International treaties. The copying of the Software or any portion thereof is strictly prohibited by these laws and treaty provisions.
