Terms and Conditions: By this Housing License (“License”) made by and between the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (“UMBC” or “University”) and Eligible Student Applicant as defined in Section 2 Eligibility below (“Resident”) (and parent or guardian if student is under 18 years of age), the parties hereby agree as follows: 1.
