This Software License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a legal entity) (the "Licensee") and IMC B.V. located at Zwolleweg 6, 2803 PS, Gouda, The Netherlands and/or its affiliates and/or parties authorized in writing by IMC (the “Licensor” or "IMC") regarding your use of the Licensor's software known as MATRIX - TM incorporating two modules, i.e. MATRIX-TM TOUCH and MATRIX - TM MANAGE and which include certain written User Documentation (The "Documentation") (together, the "Software").
