This Settlement Agreement and Release (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and among Plaintiff Daphne Richard (“Named Plaintiff”) and all those on whose behalf she is prosecuting this action (each of them a “Plaintiff” and all of them “Plaintiffs”), on the one hand, and Defendants Arrow Financial Corporation (“Arrow Financial”), Glens Falls National Bank and Trust Company (“Glens Falls”), and Saratoga National Bank and Trust Company (“Saratoga”) (collectively, “Defendants”), on the other hand, as of the date executed below. All references in this Agreement to a “party” or the “parties” shall refer to a party or the parties to this Agreement.
