This grant agreement (“Agreement”), dated as of the date the Agreement is fully executed, is between the State of Oregon, acting through its Oregon Criminal Justice Commission (“CJC” or “State”), and Tillamook County (“Recipient”). This Agreement becomes effective only when fully signed and approved as required by applicable law (“Effective Date”). Unless extended or terminated earlier in accordance with its terms, this Agreement shall expire March 31, 2026.
