This agreement is made on this 1st day of June, 2020 at West Hollywood, California, between the CITY OF WEST HOLLYWOOD, a municipal corporation with its principal place of business at 8300 Santa Monica Boulevard, West Hollywood California, 90069, (hereinafter referred to as “CITY”) and the WEST HOLLYWOOD CHAMBER OF COMMERCE with its principal place of business at 8272 Santa Monica Boulevard, West Hollywood, California 90069 (hereinafter referred to as the “CORPORATION”). CITY and CORPORATION are sometimes individually referred to as “Party” and collectively as “Parties” in this Agreement.
