Roger E. Kohn and Miriam Adams Kohn, Trustees of the Roger E. Kohn Trust u/t/a dated April 27, 2015, as amended, and Miriam Adams Kohn and Roger E. Kohn, Trustees of the Miriam Adams Kohn Trust u/t/a dated April 27, 2015, as amended, of Hinesburg, Vermont (hereinafter referred to as the “Kohn Trusts”) and LILAC, LLC, a Vermont limited liability company, with its principal place of business in Hinesburg, Vermont, hereby grant permission to the Town of Hinesburg as follows. This permission and this license shall be revocable at any time by the Kohn Trusts or Lilac, LLC, or their successors or assigns, for any reason. The Town of Hinesburg understands that no agreement has been made to have the permission granted herein continue for any length of time. During the period this license is in effect, the Town of Hinesburg and members of the public shall have the following rights:
