CLUBHOUSE LEASING AGREEMENTLeasing Agreement • June 10th, 2019
I, the Property Owner (Lessee) have received a copy of the Harbour Watch Clubhouse Information and Rules and understand that some or all of my compliance deposit will be withheld if these instructions and guidelines are not followed, and if any damage is done to the facility during the time the key is in my possession. If damages exceed the compliance deposit amount, I (Lessee) will be responsible for any additional amount(s) to remedy the damage as well as all costs associated with any litigation, including attorney fees. The clubhouse information and rules that are attached to this Agreement are made a part of this agreement as if set forth and repeated in it, and I understand my obligations under those procedures. I, the Lessee, also agree and understand that I must be present at the Clubhouse at all times during the reservation period and that the Clubhouse cannot be sub-leased to another individual or entity.
