This Nasdaq Listing Center Terms of Service ("Agreement") is a contract in electronic form between the registered user (“User”, “you”, “your” and “yourself”) acting on behalf of a company listed or planning to list on a Nasdaq market (“Company”) and Nasdaq Inc. and its parents, successors, subsidiaries, affiliates, (“Nasdaq”), a Delaware Corporation whose principal place of business is located at 151 West 42nd Street, New York, New York 10036.
