THIS INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made this day of , 20 , between the CITY OF SANDY SPRINGS, GEORGIA (“City”), a municipality of the State of Georgia, whose address for purposes of this Agreement is 7840 Roswell Road, Building 500, Sandy Springs, Georgia 30350, Attention: John McDonough, City Manager, and the GEORGIA COMMISSION ON THE HOLOCAUST (“Commission”), a Commission in the Executive Branch of State Government of the State of Georgia (“Commission”), whose address for purposes of this Agreement is 5920 Roswell Road, Suite A- 209, Sandy Springs, Georgia 30328, Attention: Executive Director. The words “City” and “Commission” shall include their respective heirs, successors and assigns where the context requires or permits.
