These Terms of Use for the Cannabis Licensing Portal (the “Site”) are an agreement between the individual using or accessing the Site (“you” or “your”) and Her Majesty the Queen in Right of the Province of British Columbia, represented by the Ministry of Attorney General (the “Province”) and govern your use of the Site and associated services (the “Associated Services”, and together with the Site, the “Services”).
