This Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between the Dallas College ("Dallas College" or "College"), a Texas political subdivision of higher education, and Mesquite Independent School District ("Mesquite ISD" or "School District"), a Texas independent school district, on behalf of Made to Teach Pathways in Technology Early College High School ("High School"). The High School and College may hereafter be individually referred to as "Party" and collectively as "Parties."
